Crazy proud of my Brother in Law Rod who is racing Dakar and sitting in 14th position overall. Can't wait to see the final overall results. We have been excitedly following his progress and we are all so happy for Rod, Cherie, Nate and Matt and his team. Go Rod!

Insert sad face here...... Mt Wellington lookout is closed..... Extreme fire weather alert or something like that. That is ok we have been up there when it was snowing. A long time ago.... We will just go and drown our sorrows on a cascade brewery tour instead LOL.
